Fitchburg Fire Department is here to protect the lives and property of the citizens and visitors to Fitchburg by providing the highest possible level of service through fire prevention, public education, fire suppression, emergency medical services and mitigation of the effects of natural and man-made disasters. 

The Fire Department has 3 locations across the City. Central Station is located at 33 North Street, Oak Hill Station is located at 231 Fairmount Street, and Summer Street station is located at 42 John Fitch Highway.
