Traffic Alert- River Street

The River Street reconstruction project between Main St and Wallace Rd will continue with milling of pavement beginning May 17 and paving beginning May 30. Be alert for local detours as directed by the traffic officers. Businesses remain open.

Traffic Alert- Pearl Street

Pearl St will be reconstructed from John Fitch Hwy to Highland Ave, starting on May 15 with sidewalk construction which will continue until mid-August. Exercise caution in the work area. Sidewalks will be open on one side of street at all times. .

There will be limited work on the new roundabout at Electric/Rollstone until curbing is delivered. The intersection is expected to be open during the week of May 15. Curbing is expected on May 22, so construction and detours will resume on that date.
