Planning Board meetings are generally the 4^th Tuesday of the month starting at 6:00 p.m. Meetings are Hybrid: In person at the Fitchburg Legislative Building, 700 Main St. or remote participation via Zoom.

Please contact Community Development & Planning Dept. for the Zoom link as there is a unique meeting link for each meeting. The Deadline to file paperwork to appear on any Planning Board agenda is always the Tuesday prior to the meeting, no later than 4:30 p.m. Additional dates may be scheduled as needed. Meeting dates are always subject to change, and meeting agendas are occasionally full. Submittal of an application by the dates noted above does NOT guarantee a place on the next agenda.
