Summer Swim Season begins for the City of Fitchburg Parks and Recreation Department
The Fitchburg Recreation Department operates the J. Robert Crowley Swimming Complex at Coolidge Park, the Splash Park at Parkhill Park and the Spay Pad at Crocker Playground. The J. Robert Crowley Swimming Complex has officially opened for the season! Water fun is now available for the summer at all three locations, which will be operated through August 19th.
The J. Robert Swimming Complex will operate Sundays through Thursdays from 11:00am to 6:00pm and on Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00am to 7:00pm. If there is inclement weather the pool will be closed. You can call the pool at 978-345-4020 with any questions.
The Splash Park at Parkhill Park is open 7 days a week from 11:00am to 6:00pm. The Park will close during inclement weather, for questions about the Splash Park please contact the Recreation Department at 978-829-1815.
The Spray Pad at Crocker Playground is open from 8:30am to dusk and is not monitored by attendants.
In addition to regular pool activities, the Fitchburg Recreation Department will be offering a variety of classes and activities centered on pool and water safety.
