The City of Fitchburg Board of Health is the lead agency of a Department of Public Health District Incentive Grant (DIG) totalling $325,000 over a period of 4 years. For more information on the DIG Regionalization project please click the link.

Members of the Network include heath agents/members of the:  City of Fitchburg, City of Leominster, City of Gardner, Town of Westminster, Town of Sterling, Town of Athol, Town of Royalston, Town of Phillipston, Town of Templeton, Town of Clinton, Town of Princeton, and Community Health Connections in Fitchburg, Leominster and Gardner.

The MPHN meets monthly and is committed to making the Montachusett Region the Healthiest region in Massachusetts.

Meeting Information:

Meetings are usually held the 3rd Wednesday of the Month in a member community.
