In December 2024, the Fitchburg Retirement Board migrated to a new software platform - Bay State Pension Solutions, Inc. The new platform offers a powerful yet easy-to-use Member Self-Service Portal. Retirees will be able to print their monthly Notice of Deposits, prior 1099-R Forms, and Income Verification Letters. Active members have the ability to view their annuity savings balance, creditable service record, and run retirement estimates.
Interested retirees/members can access the Bay State Self-Service Portal by creating a username and password and verifying their information with the system.
