2019-2020 CITY-WIDE WATER METER UPGRADE PROJECT UPDATE
The City-wide meter upgrade project is almost done. Out of 11,00+ accounts, only 26 meters are left to change. This project began on October 2019 and came to a halt in 2020 due to Covid. The new meters are a vast improvement from the old meters. The new Neptune meters are equipped with smart technology that will alert customers that have signed up for the customer portal, of high usage or a leak.
