Notice on Application Completeness and Filing Requirements
In accordance with the Fitchburg Wetlands Protection Ordinance and its Rules and Regulations, all applications must be submitted in full before a hearing date will be assigned. This includes all required application forms, narratives, locus maps, stamped engineering plans, abutter notifications, filing fees, and any supplemental materials required under Section 155 and Rule 3.0 of the Rules and Regulations.
Incomplete or partial submissions will not be accepted for review, and no project will be placed on a Commission agenda until the filing is determined to be administratively complete.
It is the responsibility of the applicant and their engineer to review the Fitchburg Wetlands Protection Ordinance, Rules and Regulations, and current Fee Schedule prior to submission. Continued submission of incomplete materials may result in significant delays in processing, and in some cases, refusal of the application until all required information is received.
