The City of Fitchburg Assessors office provides this information as a service to the taxpayers of the City of Fitchburg.
CAI Property Record Cards currently reflect up-to-date owners as of the first day of previous month and are updated on a monthly basis.
Patriot Property Cards are updated once a year (prior to Actual Tax Bill's being mailed) and currently reflect the FY2026 values and ownership as of January 1, 2025 (unless subsequent ownership has occurred).
Maps are updated on an annual basis and uploaded in December. (*Please note there has been a delay in map updates and we are working to get the issues resolved as soon as possible)
